The Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered the name change from RNB Retail and Brands AB to Coala-Life Group AB (publ) and the company thereby changes listing name and ticker symbol as from 22 November 2021. The new listing name will be Coala-Life Group AB and the new ticker symbol for the share will be COALA. ISIN and Instrument ID will remain unchanged. In connection with the name change, the company will also launch a new website.
On 29 October 2021, an extraordinary general meeting in RNB Retail and Brands AB (the “Company”) resolved, due to the acquisition of Coala-Life AB (”Coala-Life”), as communicated on 27 September 2021 and completed on 8 November 2021, to change the company name to Coala-Life Group AB (publ). The Swedish Companies Registration Office has now registered the new company name and the Company thereby changes listing name and ticker symbol as from 22 November 2021. The new listing name will be Coala-Life Group AB and the new ticker symbol for the share will be COALA. ISIN and Instrument ID will remain unchanged.
Due to the acquisition of Coala-Life, the Company also launches a new website to reflect the new operation in Coala-Life Group AB (publ), www.rnb.se is replaced by the website www.coalalife.com. The Company’s products are accessible via the new website, as well as the investor relations section and the latest company news.
